AIV Announces Re-launch Date and new URL

Atlantic International Virtual Airlines will re-launch on March 12, 2012

DULLES, VA (KIAD) — February 19, 2012–Atlantic International Virtual Airlines (AIV) Senior Management team announces the official re-launch date. AIV will re-launch on Monday, March 12, 2012 after many months of re-developing their operations. AIV will start accepting applications for their Washington Dulles International Virtual Domicile (KIAD) on March 1, 2012.

Due to Atlantic International Virtual Airlines Technology “Go Forward Plan”, AIV has enhanced their technology capabilities and along with a new URL. The new URL will be www.atlanticvirtual.org and is now active on the World Wide Web. We are asking everyone to make note of our new domain and to update your records accordingly.

“We have begun the hiring process for Atlantic International Virtual Senior operations staff”, said Andrew Horn, Atlantic International Virtual Airline, and Vice President of Corporate Operations. We will search and bring on committed professional staff members, both real world airline employees and flight simulation aviation enthusiasts alike. Empora re-opens after merge with Sheikh Airlines

Empora has reopened its website to the public. Empora’s site was down for the past month and a half due to a merge into Shiekh Air’s systems. Earlier this month, Empora Airlines sold a 60% stake of the company to Sumptuary Travel Group. Sumptuary already owns all of Dubai based, Sheikh Airlines.Empora is a small airline mainly flying to destinations in the United States, with a pilot base of about 10-15 and a fleet consisting entirely of Boeing aircraft, ranging from 737 to 777.

The airline has developed its own Pilot reporting system, called Loyalty. “The Loyalty system used by Empora and Sheikh is unique to these VA’s. It includes a very in depth booking system, automatic PIREP, download center and many other great things missing in most VA’s today, ” a company spokesman told reporters.

America West VA to re-open September 1st

After being out of business for several months, American West VA (AWE VA) will be re-opening on September 1st.
The first step the re-opened airline will take is the implementation of AWE Fiction routes. “Because America West unfortunately doesn’t exist as it’s separate entity, we figure, why not continue the legacy with more up-to-date aircraft and routes, ” Mr Jeremy Bucholz, CEO of the airline told reporters.

As a result, a new Boeing 777-300ER is painted in the old fashioned AWE colors. “This is an AWE VA exclusive and cannot be found on any other website, ” Mr Bucholz said.

To encourage pilots, more promotion points per flight will be given, and new AWE CAT1 pilots will be allowed the opportunity to fly a CAT5 aircraft.
