From the staff at 1 Air, we would love to welcome Bruce Smith (AIR0649) as our new Public Affairs/ Marketing Manager. We cant wait to see how you go during the first few weeks in your new role.

The Public Affairs / Marketing manager is in charge of helping the airline get its name out into the public through various sources, and is tasked at answering questions asked by the media or public. The person in this role also helps to provide the Operations Manager (Oliver Cooksey as of 2012) to provide information on expansion of the airline.

This new signing of a staff member is encouraging for our airline, which is about to enter its second year.

Central Asian Airlines Hires New Marketing Director

ALMATY, 2011-08-22 – The board of Central Asian Airlines is happy to announce the hiring of a new Marketing Director. Deniz Tezcan TZE0020 from the Netherlands will be taking on this role as of September 1, 2011.

The airline is happy to have Mr. Tezcan on board, and is looking forward to working with him.

This comes at a time where the airline has said to be developing new routes, particularly into Eastern Europe. Rumours have it that Central Asian will soon be flying direct flights between Almaty and Prague as well as Almaty and Athens.

It has also been announced that the airline is investigating extending their route from Almaty to Heathrow into New York or Boston. More information to follow soon.

Virtual ValuJet Airlines Rounds Out Staff with Hiring of Chief Pilot

With the naming of new Chief Pilot, Dan Genaw, Virtual ValuJet Airlines announces that they are no longer accepting applications for management postitions. More positions may become available in the near future.

Founder & Chief Executive Officer, Mike Crane said “With Dan’s vast real world knowledge in both the DC-9 and E145 series of aircraft, he was the perfect fit for the Chief Pilot position.”

Mike Crane went on to say “I would personally like to thank all that applied and appreciate your interest in VVA. However, with a full staff team and an itching sense of determination, we are ready to move forward and prepare to launch for the 2009-2010 business year. Within the next month the airline will be in BETA testing so that we may work out any kinks in preparation for our mid-November, early-December launch date. We will be accepting pilot applications approximately one week prior to the official launch date. I shall keep the subscribers of VAFlash updated with VVA’s progress.”

Virtual ValuJet Airlines Names Director of Flight Operations

Providence, RI – After much deliberation, Virtual Valuet Airlines is proud to announce that Aaron Harvey will be joining the airline as Director of Flight Operations. He will supervise the day-to-day flight operations of Virtual ValuJet.

In a recent press conference, Founder & Chief Executive Oficer, Mike Crane said “The Director of Flight Operations position requires an individual who is dedicated, experienced, and highly professional. It is a position which cannot be taken lightly and we feel that Aaron will certainly do his best to keep VVA soaring onward and upward.”
