AFA resumes operations at Houston airports

American Flight Airways is resuming its normal operations at both Houston Hobby
(KHOU) and Houston Intercontinental (KIAH) airports. However flights to Beaumont
(KBPT) remain cancelled until further notice.
An AFA spokesman also announced that Gulfport, Biloxi, MS (KGPT) is receiving
again regular AFA service after the airport had been closed and severely damaged
due to Hurricane Katrina which struck the South Eastern US coast in August.

The news came when New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin announced that residents
and business owners in certain neighborhoods will be allowed back into
the city "to inspect and begin cleanup of their properties."
