100,000 flight hours for United Virtual
Celebrations are in order at United Virtual, as CEO David Klain announced that the VATSIM-based airline has passed the 100,000 pilot-filed flight hours mark.
The achievement occurred only 27 months after the United Virtual website was launched, and took over 31,000 flights to accumulate the 100,000 flight hours.
The United Virtual Board of Directors, and Chief Pilot Jane Rachel Whittaker awarded Norm Pritchett who filled the pilot report with a complimentary copy of PMDG’s new product, 747-400 "Queen of the Skies".
