Uno acquires 49% stake in Ricchio

Los Angeles based Ricchio International and Amsterdam based
UNO Airways announce today that UNO Airways has acquired a 49% stake in
Ricchio, that will become effective on October 15th 2005.This deal will see no fleet changes and both will still maintain a large level of freedom.

"We’ll still be the leader in international service while at the same
time creating a new relationship with a realistic VA," says Aaron
Ricchio, founder and CEO of Ricchio International.

Ricchio International is a virtual airline based out of Los Angeles
International airport. In August 2004 Ricchio became a proud member of
the Sky Travel Alliance (STA). After a year of serving the STA
community Ricchio International decided to step away. The airline chose
to outsource its fleet while it developed a new product.

"Now it’s ready to return, " said Aaron Ricchio.
