UNO continues to prepare for launch

The preperations continue, as Amsterdam’s newest low-cost
virtual airline prepares to launch this Saturday. The airline is
launching live at this years European Flight Sim Show in Bristol.

Leaflets, posters and pictures are now ready for distribution at the
show. The timetables are almost online and the website continues to add
new features, including an Automated Roster & PIREP system – which
has been installed by the airlines’ COO, Mark McCullough.

"Everyone is just counting down the days until the launch – the
atmosphere is fantastic, everyone can’t wait to get their hands on the
A320!” said Jon Chambers, the airlines CEO & Chairman earlier
today.

The airline announced
earlier this month, that it had purchased a 49% stake in Ricchio
International. The deal is now complete and takes effect on October
15th 2005, when Uno launches. ”Ricchio is delighted that we can work
together with a brilliantly crafted airline such as Uno.” said Aaron
Ricchio, the CEO of Ricchio International.

"Already Uno has 30 pilots, who can’t wait to download the airlines’
A320 aircraft and get their first flight done on Saturday, " mr.
Chambers said.

The next series of aircraft are expected within the next month.
Destinations that will launch on Saturday are Salzburg, Innsbruck, and
Zurich. And services that are due to launch next week are Madrid,
Ibiza, Malaga, Barcelona, Copenhagen and Cork. Oslo and Stockholm will
be added the week after.
