Upstate Express receives first aircraft

Upstate Express has received the first aircraft to its fleet.
The Q400 and Saab 340 will now be test flown by the airline. Passenger
service is planned to begin soon though the company has not officially
set a date to begin service.

Over the next week Upstate’s executive pilots and flight attendants
will test the aircraft out of Syracuse Airport to various airports on
the airlines destination routes testing both non-stop and continued
service routes.

Fleet Manager Brendan McKeown is very pleased with the aircraft and the
livery. "The aircraft and livery came out extremely well. The aircraft
will fit the routes superbly." Mr. McKeown is planning to test the new
fleet, and continue to work on a new aircraft for 2006-2007.

Upstate Express has also welcomed Arjun Sharma, our Hub Director for
Syracuse International, and Brendan McKeown, our CFO and Fleet Manager,
to the corporate staff.
