Not even one month after opening it's New York, and San Francisco hubs, Skytouch has announced the provisional closing of the two hubs.
Jean-Mark, CEO of Skytouch Airlines, commented, "The American hubs are not yet enough profitable for the company, which wishes for the moment to concentrate on Europe to develop its activity."
With the unexpected news, Skytouch also announced it plans to sell it's 8 Boeing 767 aircrafts, and will begin accepting bids for the planes. Now being able to fully concentrate on Europe, Skytouch officials said they would focus to attract more pilots, with the proposal of new destinations following the purchase of 2 new Boeing 747-400 aircrafts.
