Virtual-USAairways CEO Stepping Down

Due to real world responsibilities Rob Herrmann, CEO Virtual-USAairways.com will be stepping down as of 1 February.

"We will miss his leadership at the VA, " COO Calvin Wood commented on this change of management.

Mr. Herrmann told reporters, "I want to thank everyone involved with Virtual-USAairways for all of the
memories, past and present. This is the best virtual airline in the world. The
VA has the best staff that I could possibly ask for, and I am fully confident
that Calvin Wood will do a wonderful job as the new CEO."

Mr. Herrmann will still work for the company, as a pilot.

He concludes, "It has been a dream
come true running Virtual-USAairways for the nine months I have been
here."
