In a press relase today, Jeremy Hroblak announced that newly aquired SilverJet, a business-jet subsidary of Pacific Airways, has been launched. Purchased in January, Silverjet is a small charter airline that caters to business fliers that rent the services of the company to fly across the United States.
The fleet will include business jets such as the Raytheon King Air 350 (some 200s still exist in the fleet) Cessna Citation II, Bombardier Lear Jet 45, Gulfstream IV, and the Beech King Air. Pilots from Pacific Airways can submit requests to a Silverjet dispatcher to fly silverjet flights.
Pacific Airways, based in Seattle, WA, is a large International Airline with hubs in Seattle, Los Angeles, Miami, Chicago, New York and London. Codesharing with its Sister Airline, AFA, the airline has over 3000 daily departures with its fleet of 15 aircraft.
