Dash Airways Receives F-50, Orders Dash 8

Yesterday Dash Airways received its Fokker 50. The aircraft was bought some time ago, but was awaiting approval from aviation officials to transfer to the new airline. The airline also has ordered a Dash 8-100 for the London – Paris Charles de Gaulle route as well as a late flight to Keflavik Nas.

The DHC-8 is expected for delivery later this week.

At a conference with CEO William Evans he stated that the Dash 8-100 will be used to expand the Glasgow flights and help the airline expand further for example into Iceland and Norway and even further in time.

Dash Airways is based at London Heathrow Airport, using an economy system called FlyNET that allows the airline to earn money to purchase new aircraft.
