Beginning September 1, 2006 Air Fresno Virtual Airlines will begin paying its pilots and other staff members virtual funds for their contributions to the operations of the airline. As with any other wage and benefit program this process can be complicated, however the administration has made every effort to not only simplify the process but to automate calculating the amount paid to each associate.
"Even with the best efforts errors may be made and we have applied rules to counter this occurrence. All funds listed are virtual in nature; no actual monetary compensation is implied, " commented CEO Peter McKay.
For an associate to be eligible for this compensation he or she must become member of the Virtual Airlines Stock Exchange. Membership on the basic level is free of charge, and requires an active e-mail address. Once an associate has enrolled with the service, they need to contact Air Fresno with their username. Only the supplied username will receive compensation, no other organization or agency will be paid as your proxy.
"What you do with the wages or bonuses paid to you is at your own discretion, Air Fresno assumes no responsibility for any loses after such wages or other compensations have been paid to the associate, " McKay said.
Payments are recorded electronically by the VASX.
