Carl Kendrick former CEO of the Virtual Airport Group has annouced to the VA/Flight Sim world that "I am back and bigger then before."
Speaking at BigBubbs HQ, the company which Kendrick owns and uses for his enterprises, he announced that he has succesfully completed the pre-opening of FlyChenoa Virtual Airline.
"I understand there may be some sceptism from another venture from me, but i would like to assure friends, colleagues and share holders, that FlyChenoa can be the brightest star in the world of Virtual Airines. It is a fictional airline, which means there are no boundaries for it to expand." Kendrick commented.
"There are 13 main routes ready for the start of operations, taking passengers from London Gatwick, Manchester and Dublin, to the UK and part of Europe. There are plans in the bag for expansion and these will come at the times when i believe that FlyChenoa are ready for them."
When questioned about the fleet, Carl responded, "The passenger fleet will consist of Airbus 319-100's, Boeings 737-700's and an AN-148. The AN-148 may come of some surprise, but i believe that the STOL capabilities for this aircraft means that FlyChenoa can operate out of the smaller airports, whilst not taking all day to get there – meaning travellers can carry on with their day!"
"There will also be a Dash 7 used for Cargo/Supply for the main hubs, at this time I am looking for a suitable hub to use as a base."
According to Kendrick, the livery will be consistent throughout the fleet, Baby Blue with a yellow stripe on the middle of the fuselage and FlyChenoa in Yellow/White.
"I do hope that you will give FlyChenoa the chance it deserves to be UK and Ireland's newest and brightest VA," Kendrick concludes his press conference.
