Upstate Express unveils new site, hires Vice President
Upstate Express has just released it’s website, the upstart airline using a free hosting company has plans on acquiring a real domain name along with web hosting.
Mike Haughn, CEO of Upstate also announced that Sarah Davis has been named Vice President of the airline.
Jackhammer Aviation to open next year
Jackhammer Aviation, a Monterey Peninsula (KMRY) based air service
announces plans to open in 2006. The exact date and month still remain
unkown.
Jackhammer Aviation will be a small air carrier offering flights through Northern California’s Santa Lucia Mountains.
VAAD.org announces revamp
VAAD.org, the VA service company offering free advertising, an automated
pilot lounge system and a news posting program to virtual airlines,
today announced it would be revamping the script used to run the
automation and would be redesigning its website.
Electronic Flight Bag released
FSWidgets has released Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) 2004.
Like in the real world, the virtual EFB contains maps, weather
information and manuals.
TENAVA signs gate contract, orders new aircraft
Global Star and White Virtural, both part of the
TENAVA alliance have consolidated gates at Newark. Both are now
operating out of Terminal 2 gates 39-49.
