Formula 1 is the top of all motor sports and is the only organization that holds races on all four hemispheres around the world including Montreal, Melbourne, Suzuka and Sao Paulo. Each race has 12-15 Teams with thousands of pounds of equipment that needs to be moved to these points around the world.
Canadian Xpress® has been a long time supporter of Formula 1 and this year we have won the primary contract to help move teams from race to race around the world.
The Formula 1 tour consists of 21 legs based on the Formula 1 2013 schedule that must be flown in order.

It’s been a long snowy winter and everyone is looking for some fun in the sun. Spring Break is here and is one of the busiest travel times of the year. This month, we are helping travelers as they pack up the kids and head south for a family get away that doesn’t require anyone to put on a hat, boots, or a winter coat.
For the March Challenge, pilots will depart Montreal (CYUL) with either the Canadian Xpress Boeing 737-900NG or Airbus A320-200 and fly to Orlando (KMCO).

This month’s challenge is an easy passenger run this month. No VFR cross-country flying, picking up equipment in fog and snow storms, just an 80% passenger load from Toronto (CYYZ) to Halifax (CYHZ).
But…
For the February Challenge you can only fly an aircraft that is in your rank. What’s this mean? If you are Captain rated, you can only use an aircraft from the Captain level, nothing higher and nothing lower. Same goes for all the ranks, only the aircraft listed in your Continue reading
Jackson Hole has become the home to many of the world’s best skiers as the terrain is considered to be some of the most challenging in North America. In addition to the skiable terrain inbounds, there is an even larger area to be explored off-piste (out of bounds). These areas are accessed through marked gates by expert skiers/boarders who are equipped with avalanche safety gear. The terrain has not only attracted the top skiers in the world but also one of the leading ski film companies, Teton Gravity Research. Jackson Hole is home to one of the most well known expert ski runs in the world, Corbet’s Couloir.
Canadian Xpress® would like to invite all pilots & virtual airlines to join us for our January fly-in on Saturday, February 16th at 21h00est (02h00z) where we will depart from another fine ski area, Kelowna British Columbia (CYLW) and head south to Continue reading
It’s a new year here at Canadian Xpress® and as normal we are busier than ever. This month we have been contracted out by the Ministry of the Environment to perform aerial surveys and to pick up research equipment from around Algonquin Park.
Leaving Ottawa you will have 4 aerial surveyors and their equipment on board and at each stop along the way you will pick up 500lbs of research equipment. Due to the size of these airports and limited services, fuel and overnight services are only available in North Bay.
