Coming soon: Virtual Flight Group

Alaskan Winds, Timberwolf Aviation, Aurora Air
Service and the Bush Pilots World Association are proud to announce a new joint
venture – Virtual Flight Group. These independent VA’s have pooled their talent,
to offer pilots something exciting and unique in the FS community: a new series
of group multiplayer flight combining all four organizations. The launch date is
September 10th.

Aerosoft announces Monaco 2005

Aerosoft today announced Monaco 2005. This small country – just 1.95 sq
km or 0.75 sq mi – does not have an airport. Instead it has a heliport.
Every hour several choppers fly to and from Nice airport to pick up the
few people who can afford a house in the nicer parts of the city.

Cub Express Airlines announced

Today a new VA, Cub Express Airlines, announced its opening. Very
little is known at this time, however spokesman Justin Romaine told
reporters "I am taking applicaitions for hub managers and pilots." He
also said that the airline will depend on VATSIM for online flying.

AVIA open for business

Today another airline announced its opening. AVIA "A New Name To
Remember" is  currently operating from its four main hubs
Vancouver, Budapust in Hungary, London and New York.
AVIA’s fleet consists of three types of aircraft: Boeing 757-300, Bombardier CRJ-200 and Dash 8-Q400.

US Airways VA is now open for business. The airline, with hubs in
Miami, Chicago and London is different from 95% of all other VA’s
according to CEO Dave Athay.
"We have a rank structure and operations system that is fundamentally different," he said.

Cape Air Virtual celebrates one year

Cape Air Virtual has been proudly celebrating its first year
of operations this August. CAV began operations  in the Boston
area and has since grown to be one of the Net’s premier regional VAs.
With a fleet of Cessna 402s and ATR-42-300s, CAV now services New
England, Florida, the Caribbean, and Micronesia with daily and seasonal
