Celestial Air Virtual finally opened its doors after months of behind-the-scenes work re-designing the website, purchasing new aircraft and creating a more stylized livery. Celestial’s Air goal is to be the most realistic virtual airline, adhering to PART121 operations, simulating purchase of aircraft and expenses. A new training center will open on Q4 of 2011 where pilots will have the opportunity to learn how to operate the fleet just like in the real world. BOSTON – Celestial Air Virtual is announcing it will be starting service between Boston Logan International Airport (KBOS) and Norman Y. Mineta San Jose International Airport(KSJC) and services world wide. The service will originate from both airports and provide the following real world Part 121 flight operations based upon the original business plan of 1995. The equipment to be used : B752,B744,B772. The airline is seeking 12 staff members and 58 flight crews, the pilots with 500 hrs to 1,000 hrs preferred, but everyone interested can apply. Once hired the airline will start its proving shakedown.
