Eastern Airlines Virtual is celebrating its 16 year anniversary this August as we continue to be one of the oldest VA’s in operation! Eastern Goes Around the World, Again!
Eastern Airlines Virtual earlier this year released its Around the World Tour. We make a new Around the World Tour every year. This year we have a tour that will allow you to enjoy both cold winters and hot summers. This tour will test your skills with short runways, high altitude airports and flying to the far reaches of earth. There are 26 legs to this tour to keep you busy. It has been a lot of fun.
We also have other tours currently ongoing. We have a South Pacific Tour which will take you to many of the islands used during World War II. There is also a Middle Eastern Tour that visits .
The pilots at Eastern love to fly the tours. When they are not flying tours, we still have over 4000 other routes that can be flown. With flights for the short haul pilots to the long haul pilots and everything in between, there is something for everybody here at Eastern.

Eastern Airlines Virtual Turns 15 Years Old!
August 9th, 1998 was the beginning of Eastern Airlines Virtual. The Internet age was still fairly new for the mainstream computer users. Still, a group of guys who enjoyed flight simulation wanted to start this Virtual Airline. Using services like CompUServe, America Online, and other various bulletin board systems, they were able to connect and get the Golden Falcon back in the air again.
Today, there are several hundred virtual airlines around today. Many are very successful and there are others that are struggling. but we all share a great hobby. Eastern Airlines Virtual Pilots Loves To Fly
Here at Eastern Airlines Virtual, we have some of the most active pilots around. Since the introduction of the VAFS5 client last year, we have maintained the number one spot in the VAFS power rankings system. We have dominated in the number of flights flown and the number of flight hours. This a great accomplishment and our pilots are proud.
We have a large number of routes to keep pilots busy. Along with the routes, we have a great fleet full of modern aircraft. We also have weekly multiplayer flights, a dedicated ventrillo server, and a monthly newsletter.
Eastern Airlines Virtual started in 1998. Our Senior management staff works hard in the background to keep the Golden Falcon alive. We are always looking for new pilots to join our fine roster. Eastern Airlines Virtual Adds Boeing 787 To The Fleet
Here at Eastern Airlines Virtual, we strive to keep growing. So we are proud to announce that the Boeing 787 has now entered the Eastern hangar. The battery and power panel problems with the earlier versions have been corrected by our engineers at Eastern. They have been flying our passengers in complete safety.
So if you like flying smaller regional or heavy metal airliners, we may have a home for you. We have a large variety of aircraft in our hangar.
