UASO Launch Schedule To Be Released – Full Schedule Through February 2012

Norfolk, VA- Today, the UASO Spaceflight Operations Department released to top UASO Administrators the current launch schedule pertaining to both the Constellation and Endeavour spaceflight programs.  This launch schedule is complete through February of 2012 and encompasses 26 unmanned spaceflight missions to complete the Constellation satellite program as well as four unmanned test launches and one manned mission utilizing the Saturn C-3a launch vehicle which will be used for manned missions to the moon.

The current launch schedule is subject to change, however, UASO officials are stating that once released to the public, very few changes will be made unless absolutely necessary. Continue reading

Britannia Air Announces New Staff Member

James Crawley has just been accepted into the Britannia Air Staff Team. James brings with him extensive Virtual Airline management experience. Starting out at TransWorld Jetways he quickly worked his way through the ranks, earning his position as an international division manager and ultimately as the CEO. James also has real world pilot experience, and is currently studying to become a pilot.

James has taken the position of hub manager for our Heathrow Hub, and has already been hard at work assessing our schedules and introducing some new ones to our line-up. Continue reading

Australian Frontier Virtual Airways to Hold ATC Training on March 6th

ATC Training is back this 6th of March. This time its being held at Brisbane (YBBN). The event will be held on the vatsim network and ATC is planned to be online from 7:30PM AEDT / 10:30 UTC to 10:30PM AEDT / 14:30 UTC. This time we need to focus on our departure and enroute calls and also sids and stars so find a good fmc that you can install into your aircraft. Remember that membership is not required for any of our events and that any aircraft can be flown for ATC training. For more details, please visit our events page.

Virtual ValuJet Airlines to hit 2010 with a BANG!

Virtual ValuJet Airlines has been providing passengers with low-cost, domestic travel since December of 2009. MetroAir Virtual Appoints New East Coast Operations Director and Adds New Routes

ROMULUS, MI, February 24th 2010 – Today Kim Gesch, Chief Operating Officer for MetroAir Virtual presented Cody Wilson as the new East Coast Operations Director. Wilson only joined MetroAir Virtual October 31st, 2009, but has evolved rapidly and was seeking ways of contributing more to the airline. MetroAir Virtual is very happy that Wilson gladly accepted the position he had been offered.
